Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During times of high order volume, processing times may be extended—we’ll notify you via email if there’s a delay.

Shipping Method
Due to the alcohol content in our perfumes, all fragrance products are classified as hazardous materials and can only be shipped via ground shipping in compliance with U.S. shipping regulations.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the United States from our studio in Miami, FL. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most ground shipments arrive within 2–7 business days after leaving our facility.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to restrictions on shipping alcohol-based products.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Scent Rebellion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local carrier directly.
