Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hi@scentrebellion.com.

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes! All of our products are handcrafted in the United States, right here in Houston, Texas. We’re proud to be a US-based brand using high-quality raw aroma chemicals and ingredients.

Why are there red/orange dots in my cream?

This is normal in rich, vanilla-based fragrances. Since we use raw aroma materials, this can naturally occur in some batches. It is purely an aesthetic variation and not an issue with the product in any way. It is simply the nature of vanilla.

Why does my jar appear half full?

During transit, the cream can shift which can make it appear as if it is missing product. If your cream does not appear to be filled to the top of the jar, this is completely normal. Our products are filled by weight, not by container size or volume. Because the jars are designed to hold slightly more than the stated net weight, there may be visible space at the top.

Regardless of jar appearance, you are receiving the full stated amount of product in every 4 oz or 8 oz crème.

What is your order processing time?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.
If we experience a higher-than-usual order volume, we’ll reach out to inform you of any delays.

How strong are your perfumes?

Our perfumes are eau de perfum strength, they last 6–8 hours, depending on your skin chemistry.
