Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please reach out to us at hi@scentrebellion.com before sending anything back.

What is your order processing time?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.
If we experience a higher-than-usual order volume, we’ll reach out to inform you of any delays.

Do you include samples?

Yes! We provide complimentary samples with your first order and with any future orders that include new product releases.
If there’s nothing new at the time of your reorder, you won’t receive an additional sample—but we’ll make sure you get something special when new scents launch.

How strong are your perfumes?

Our perfumes are extrait strength, meaning they contain a high concentration of fragrance oils for longer wear. On average, they last 6–10 hours, depending on your skin chemistry.

We believe in balance and skin safety, so our oils are formulated to be noticeable but never overpowering. You’ll enjoy a beautiful scent without overwhelming your senses.

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes! All of our products are handcrafted in the United States, right here in Miami, Florida. We’re proud to be a US-based brand using high-quality ingredients.

What if I don’t like what I ordered?

We understand that scent is personal. If you're not satisfied, please refer to our return policy above. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery at the customer's expense.
